Communicatiebus
Sluit de EMS-aansluiting (fig. 2, pos. 6) van de EM10 met
een 2-aderige kabel aan op de -aansluiting van het
cv-toestel. Let op! Deze aansluiting is polariteitsgevoelig.
De EMS-buskabel mag in totaal niet langer dan 100 m zijn.
Storingssignaal
Het storingssignaal wordt actief op het moment dat:
– het cv-toestel een vergrendelende storing heeft, of
– de systeemdruk te laag is, of
– de communicatie met het cv-toestel tenminste 5 minuten
is verbroken. Zie het aansluitschema op pag. 7.
De EM10 genereert twee storingssignalen:
a) De AS 24V aansluiting (fig. 2, pos. 4), dit is een
potentiaalvrij schakelcontact voor laagspannings-
signalen tot 24 V. Dit storingssignaal kan bijvoorbeeld
door een gebouwbeheersysteem worden uitgelezen.
b) De AS 230V aansluiting (fig. 2, pos. 3), hiermee kan
bijvoorbeeld een claxon of alarmlamp worden
aangestuurd. Bij storing staat op deze aansluiting
230 VAC spanning.
Extern stuursignaal 0-10V
De EM10 kan gebruikt worden als interface tussen het
cv-toestel en bijvoorbeeld een gebouwbeheersysteem.
Door middel van een 0-10 VDC signaal (fig. 2, pos. 5) kan
worden gestuurd op aanvoertemperatuur of vermogen
(fig. 3).
a) Sturing op aanvoertemperatuur
De EM10 vertaalt het 0-10 V signaal naar een aanvoer-
temperatuursetpoint. Dit verband is lineair, zie tabel 1.
