Appendice D – Conditions de vente et de garantie

A. Conditions de vente
Sauf en cas d’extension de cette garantie
spécifique à un pays dans lequel le produit est
vendu, le fabriquant Talon Technology n’est en
aucun cas responsable au-delà des conditions
de garantie ci-dessous. Dans les cas où sa
responsabilité est engagée, elle se limite
uniquement à la réparation, du produit défectueux,
à son remplacement, à son échange contre un
produit équivalent ou au remboursement du prix
d’achat d’un produit équivalent.
B. Garantie du fabricant
La période de garantie est d’un an à compter de
la date d’achat.
Extension de la garantie – pendant la période de
garantie, Talon Technology remplacera toute
pièce défectueuse et effectuera les réparations
nécessaires demandées par écrit aux conditions
suivantes.
Conditions:
1) Les réparations ne peuvent être effectuées
que par un service technique agréé par
Talon Technology.
2) Les réparations seront effectuées à titre
gratuit pour le propriétaire à certaines
conditions.
3) Le coût de transport retour des
marchandises chez le revendeur agréé sera
à la charge du propriétaire.
4) La garantie ne couvre ni les accessoires ni
les défauts ou pannes non attribuables à des
pièces défectueuses ou au fabricant, ni les
pannes résultant d’une mauvaise utilisation,
négligence, chute accidentelle, défaut de
montage, dommage causé par de l’eau,
utilisation de consommables autres que ceux
approuvés par Talon Technology ou de toute
modification du produit non approuvée par
Talon Technology.
5) Aucune réclamation sous garantie ne sera
acceptée sans preuve d’achat et de
garantie.
6) Talon Technology pourra décider de
remplacer le produit au lieu de le réparer.
C. Acceptation des conditions de
vente
En considération de cette garantie, l’acheteur
accepte les conditions de responsabilité comme
établi dans les conditions de vente.
