SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Si el reproductor no funciona correctamente, puede que se haya olvidado algo
sencillo, compruebe en primer lugar los siguientes puntos.

SÍNTOMA PROCEDIMIENTO
• Compruebe que el aparato esté enchufado.
• Compruebe que el botón de encendido/apagado está en la
posición de encendido
El aparato no
enciende
• Si aparece el mensaje No hay disco, inserte un disco.
• Asegúrese que la carátula esté hacia arriba.
• El formato del disco no es compatible con el reproductor. Revise
el código de zona.
• El disco puede estar dañado o sucio, limpie el disco o pruebe
con otro disco.
• Se ha producido condensación en las lentes, quite el disco,
apague el reproductor y espere una hora.
El disco no se
puede leer
• Verifique que el televisor esté encendido y la entada de video selec.
• Compruebe la conexión de vídeo y verifique el estado del cable
de vídeo.
• Limpie el disco.
No hay imagen
• El disco puede estar dañado o sucio, limpie el disco o pruebe
con otro disco.
• Compruebe los ajustes de color, brillo y contraste del televisor.
• Si ha conectado un vídeo entre el reproductor DVD y el TV,
conecte el reproductor DVD directamente al televisor.

distorsionada
• Compruebe el formato de la imagen.
• Seleccione el formato de la imagen en el menú de disco.
La imagen no
abarca toda la

• El disco puede estar dañado o sucio, limpie el disco o pruebe
con otro disco.
Si aparece el

del TV
• Algunos discos están programados para que las funciones de
salto de capítulos o de avance no funcionen. Especialmente en la
sección de ADVERTENCIA.
• La función de salto de capítulos no funciona en los discos de un
único capítulo.
