LOCATION AND FUNCTIONS OF CONTROLS
1. LCD display Displays the phone number, date and time and other information.
2. + Key can store one phone number for speed dialing
3. P Key can store one phone number for speed dialing
4. Emergency Key can store emergency phone number as for speed dialing
5. CLID en Review caller ID’s. Also can be uses within the menu to select telephone
settings
6. Del/Set a. Press and hold for 3 seconds to bring up setup menu (In on-hook
status)
b. Press to delete or edit the telephone number when editing phone book
or viewing call ID’s.
7. Call Back/Clock a. Press to dial the stored number when viewing caller ID’s or phone book
b. Press and hold for 3 seconds to set alarm
8. Redial/Pause a. Press repeatedly to review the outgoing numbers (on-hook)
b. Press to dial the last number (off-hook)
c. Press for a break off 1,2/2.4/3.6 seconds
9. Press to enter the phone book operation
10. ringing indicator Lights up when the unit is in use, flash when there is a new call, flash when
on hold
11. Press for handsfree dialing and speak without lifting the handset
12. Flash/store a. for PBX
b. Press to store phone numbers
13. Hold Press to hold the line. Turns sounds off.
14. a. Press to auto-redial the last dialed number repeatedly until the phone is
answered
b. Press and hold for 3 seconds to change the ringtone (16 melodies)
