EIER AUF WASSER
(Eier, Salz, Wasser)
Schlagen Sie die Eier einzeln in separate Tassen auf, fügen Sie nach Belieben Salz hinzu und
gießen Sie zwei Esslöffel Wasser ein, so dass das Eigelb unter Wasser ist. Bei 190 °C 9-10 Minu-
ten auf dem niedrigen Rost backen.
GEBACKENE KARTOFFELN
(gewaschene gleichgroße Pellkartoffeln)
Schneiden Sie die Kartoffeln und geben Sie Butter- oder Fettstücke in die Lücken. Ohne Folie
bei 250°C ca. 30 Minuten auf dem niedrigen Rost backen.
BEEF STEAKS AUF KNOBLAUCH
(1,5 kg Rindfleisch ohne Knochen, gemahlener Pfeffer, 2 Zehen geriebener Knoblauch)
Pfeffer mit Knoblauch mischen und die Steaks von beiden Seiten mit der vorbereiteten Mi-
schung einfetten. 2 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur stehen lassen. Auf den niedrigen Rost stel-
len und bei 200°C 20 - 40 Minuten backen.
