Gaspacho:
Para 6 copos: ½ pepino - ½ pimento doce
- 500 g de tomate - 1 pequena cebola
- 1 dente de alho - 20 g de migas de pão
- 2 colheres de café de vinagre de vinho
- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite - 1 colher de
café de concentrado de tomate - 50 cl de
caldo frio - sal - pimenta - 1 pitada de pimenta
Caiena.
Descasque o pepino, o alho e a cebola. Retire as
grainhas do pimento. Descasque e retire as
grainhas do tomate. Deite todos os ingredientes
em pedaços no copo liquidificador e misture
durante 1 minuto. Reserve 1 hora no frigorífico (ou
utilize o "ice stick") antes de servir como de
alho.

OCKTAILS
(para consumir com moderão)
Margarita:
Para 4 copos: 16 cl de Tequilla - 8 cl de
Cointreau - 4 cl de lima - 1 colher de café de
sal - 5 cubos de gelo.
Deite no copo liquidificador a Tequilla, o
Cointreau e a lima. Misture durante 10 seg.
Adicione os cubos de gelo e misture. Molhe o
bordo dos copos e passe-os pelo sal. Deite nos
copos e decore com uma rodela de limão.
Piña Colada:
Para 4 copos: 50 cl de sumo de ananás
- 20 cl de creme de coco - 10 cl de rum branco
- 1 colher de sopa de açúcar de cana -
1 pitada de canela - umas gotas de baunilha -
6 cubos de gelo.
Introduza os ingredientes no copo liquidificador,
adicione os cubos de gelo e misture durante
30 seg.
Irish Cocktail:
Para 4 copos: 16 cl de whisky irlandês -
4 colheres de café de creme de menta verde
- 4 bolas de gelado de baunilha.
Introduza os ingredientes no copo liquidificador
e misture à velocidade 1 durante alguns
segundos. Sirva imediatamente.
