GARANTIEVERZOEKEN
Bij een verzoek om dienstverlening onder garantie, dient u de Personal
Communicator en/of accessoires in kwestie, in de oorspronkelijke configuratie
en verpakking zoals door Motorola geleverd aan een Erkend Motorola
Reparatie of Service Center te retourneren. U wordt verzocht geen aanvullende
onderdelen zoals SIM-kaarten daarin achter te laten. Bij het Product dient een
notitie te worden gevoegd, waarop uw naam, adres en telefoonnummer, en de
naam van de provider en een omschrijving van het probleem zijn vermeld. Bij
montage in een voertuig dient het voertuig waarin de Personal Communicator
is gemonteerd te worden gebracht naar het Erkende Reparatie of Service
Center, omdat het voor onderzoek van het probleem nodig kan zijn de gehele
installatie in het voertuig te onderzoeken.
Om in aanmerking te komen voor garantieservice dient u de aankoopbon of een
soortgelijk bewijs van aankoop waarop de datum van aankoop is vermeld te
overleggen. Op de telefoon moeten ook duidelijk het oorspronkelijke
compatibele elektronische serienummer (IMEI-nummer) en een mechanisch
serienummer [MSN] staan. Dergelijke informatie wordt bij het Product
geleverd.
U dient ervoor te zorgen dat alle reparaties en service steeds door een Erkend
Motorola Service Center overeenkomstig Motorola Servicevoorschriften
worden uitgevoerd.
In sommige gevallen kan men u vragen bijkomende informatie te verstrekken
over het onderhoud van de Producten door Erkende Motorola Service Centers,
en het is dan ook belangrijk dat u documenten over vorige reparaties bewaart
en deze kan overleggen indien er vragen over het onderhoud worden gesteld.
VOORWAARDEN
Van deze garantie kan geen gebruik worden gemaakt indien het type- of
serienummer van het Product is gewijzigd, doorgehaald, verveelvoudigd,
verwijderd of onleesbaar is gemaakt. Motorola behoudt zich het recht voor
kosteloze service onder garantie te weigeren indien verzochte documentatie
niet kan worden getoond of de informatie onvolledig, onleesbaar of niet
overeenkomstig de fabrieksgegevens is.
