8. Watt-Modus
1.Benutzen Sie UP(+) oder DOWN(-), um den Watt-Modus (Abb. 10) auszuwählen und
dann ENTER zur Bestätigung.
2.Benutzen Sie UP(+) oder DOWN(-), um ein Watt-Ziel (Standard-Wert: 120) auszuwählen
und dann ENTER zur Bestätigung.
3.Benutzen Sie UP(+) oder DOWN(-), um die Workout-Dauer einzustellen und dann ENTER
zur Bestätigung.
4.Drücken Sie START, um das Workout zu beginnen. Während des Workouts können Sie
UP(+) oder DOWN(-) benutzen, um die Wattzahl zwischen 10 und 350 anzupassen.
5.Drücken Sie START/STOP, um das Workout zu pausieren. Drücken Sie RESET, um ins
Hauptmenü zurückzukehren.
9. Köperfettwert-Modus
1.Drücken Sie während des Workouts START/STOP, um das Workout anzuhalten.
Drücken Sie dann BODY FAT, um diesen Modus zu verwenden. (Abb. 11)
2.Halten Sie sich an beiden Pulshandgriffen fest. Das Display zeigt nach 8 Sekunden
Ihren BMI, den Körperfett-Wert und ein Symbol an.
3.Drücken Sie nochmals BODY FAT, um zum Hauptmenü zurück zu gelangen.
4.Fehlermeldung
4.1.E-1 (Abb. 12): Benutzer hält sich nicht richtig an den Pulshandgriffen fest
4.2.E-4 (Abb. 13): Körperfettanteil überschreitet den messbaren Wert (bis zu 50%).
