HOE MAAKT U HET SLUITLAKEN GEMAKKELIJK EN EFFECTIEF VAST?
1 : Leg het sluitlaken open-
gevouwen op bed met de heup-
naden aan de bovenkant en het
Motherwear label aan de achter-
zijde.
2 : Ga op het sluitlaken liggen en
laat uw kraamverzorgster, uw
man of vriend(in) de linker- en de
rechterkant van het sluitlaken
over uw buik en uw heupen doen
(flappen eventueel vastmaken met
pleistertape of met veiligheids-
speldjes).
HET SIMPELE KNOPEN:
3 : Pak de bovenste twee keper-
banden en maak hiermee één
enkele knoop zoals de eerste stap
bij het vastmaken van uw schoen-
veters. Trek de banden heel stevig
aan en houdt deze daarna samen
strak naar beneden in één hand
vast, zoals op foto 4 (in de
rechterhand).
4 : Met de andere hand pakt u een
nieuwe, 3
e
band (foto: linkerhand)
en u slaat deze band eerst over
de
strak getrokken 2 banden heen en
daarna slaat u hem er onderdoor
(zie foto 5). U maakt dus feitelijk
weer een nieuwe enkele knoop,
maar nu dus met een enkele band
(de nieuwe 3
e
band) en de
dubbele band.
5 : U trekt de banden weer heel
stevig (!) aan, zodat het sluitlaken
bij iedere knoop goed strak komt
te zitten. Voeg deze 3
e
geknoopte
band bij de eerste twee en houdt
de 3 geknoopte banden weer met
1 hand strak naar beneden vast.
De rest van de banden knoopt u
op dezelfde wijze (links, rechts,
enz., om en om).
6 : Na het knopen van de laatste
band knoopt u deze band
nogmaals vast met één van de
banden uit de streng, zodat de
knoop goed blijft zitten.
Het sluitlaken zit nu heerlijk strak
en stevig om uw onderlichaam. De
geknoopte streng loopt verticaal,
precies over het midden van uw
onderbuik.
