Die Mitel Networks™ 5310 IP
Boardroom Conference Unit
(siehe links) besteht aus einem
Kommunikationselement, einer
seitlichen Steuereinheit
und einem
Mitel Networks 5220 IP-Telefon.
Die Mitel Networks 5305 IP Ofce
Conference Unit besteht aus einem
Kommunikationselement und einer
seitlichen Steuereinheit. Für beide
Produkte ist optional das Remote
is
optional for both products.verfügbar.
Die folgenden Anleitungen gelten, sofern
nicht anders angegeben, sowohl für die
5305 IP Conference Unit als auch die
5310 IP Conference Unit.
Die folgenden Anleitungen können
entweder über die seitliche Steuereinheit
oder das optionale Remote
ausgeführt werden.
So schalten Sie die
Konferenzeinheit ein oder aus
Drücken Sie Ein/Aus.
So schalten Sie die
Stummschaltung ein oder aus
Drücken Sie Stumm.
Die entsprechende LED-Anzeige wird
ein-/ausgeschaltet. Die Richtungs-LED
auf dem Kommunikationselement
leuchtet gelb, wenn die Stummschaltung
eingeschaltet ist.
So stellen Sie die Lautstärke ein
Drücken Sie die Lautstärke
auf/ab-Pfeile.
Die zugeordnete LED-Anzeige leuchtet
immer dann grün, wenn Sie die
Lautstärke regeln. Die LED-Anzeige
leuchtet gelb, wenn die maximale oder
minimale Lautstärke erreicht ist.
Präsentationsmodus
Der Präsentationsmodus ist
aktiviert, wenn nur eine Person
zu einer Gruppe spricht. Wenn
ein anderes Mitglied der Gruppe das
Wort ergreifen möchte, deaktivieren
Sie den Präsentationsmodus.
Im Präsentationsmodus werden
Fremdgeräusche minimiert.
Die Funktion “Präsentationsmodus” wird
nur von der 5310 IP Conference Unit
unterstützt (siehe links).
So schalten Sie die Funktion
“Präsentationsmodus” ein
Sprechen Sie und drücken Sie
dann Präsentation, so dass die
Konferenzeinheit nur Ihre Stimme
empfängt.
Die zugeordnete Richtungs-LED
wird eingeschaltet und blinkt. Sie zeigt
an, dass die Konferenzeinheit Ihre
Stimme empfängt.
So schalten Sie die Funktion
“Präsentationsmodus” aus
Drücken Sie Präsentation,
damit andere Sprecher während der
Telefonkonferenz gehört werden können.
Die zugeordnete Richtungs-LED
hört
auf zu blinkenv.
