De 5310 IP Board Room Conference Unit
van Mitel Networks™ (links afgebeeld)
bestaat uit een schotel, een besturingsunit
en een 5220 IP-telefoon van Mitel
Networks. De 5305 IP Ofce Conference
Unit van Mitel Networks bestaat uit
een schotel en een besturingsunit. De
afstandsbediening
is een optie bij
beide producten.
De volgende procedures zijn van
toepassing op zowel de 5305 IP
Conference Unit als de 5310 IP
Conference Unit, tenzij anders
aangegeven.
De volgende procedures kunnen worden
uitgevoerd met de besturingsunit
en
met de optionele afstandsbediening
.
De conference unit aan- of uitzetten
Druk op Aan/uit.
De functie Dempen in- of
uitschakelen
Druk op Dempen.
De bijbehorende LED gaat aan of uit. De
LED
op de schotel wordt oranje als
de dempfunctie is ingeschakeld.
Het volume aanpassen
Druk op de pijlen Volume omhoog/
omlaag.
Elke keer dat u het volume aanpast, licht
de bijbehorende LED groen op. Deze
LED wordt geel wanneer het maximum-
of minimumvolume is bereikt.
Presentatiemodus
De presentatiemodus wordt
gebruikt wanneer slechts
één persoon tegen een groep
spreekt. Als een andere persoon in
de groep het woord wil nemen, moet
de presentatiemodus eerst worden
uitgeschakeld.
Als de presentatiemodus is ingeschakeld,
worden achtergrondgeluiden tot een
minimum beperkt.
De presentatiemodus is alleen van
toepassing op de 5310 IP Conference
Unit (zoals links afgebeeld).
De presentatiemodus inschakelen
Begin met spreken en druk
vervolgens op Presentatie zodat de
conference unit alleen uw stem opvangt.
De bijbehorende LED
wordt
ingeschakeld en gaat knipperen om aan
te geven dat de conference unit uw stem
ontvangt.
De presentatiemodus uitschakelen
Druk op Presentatie om andere
personen te laten spreken tijdens de
telefonische conferentie.
De bijbehorende LED
stopt met
knipperen.
