Croque Monsieur
(3 porties)
Bereidingstijd: 10 – 15 minuten
6 sneetjes toast
30 g zachte boter
75 g Emmentaler, geraspt
3 plakken gekookte ham
Smeer boter op de toast. Verdeel de
kaas over drie toast en leg daarop een
plakje ham. Leg de overgebleven toast
met de gesmeerde kant op de ham. Zet
de gourmetschaal op het draaiplateau.
Verhit de schaal gedurende ca. 5 minu

ten met het programma L. Doe de
toast in de schaal en bruineer elke kant
ca. 3 minuten, eveneens met het pro-
gramma L.
Per portie: 1396 kJ / 334 kcal, eiwit
16 g, vet 21 g, koolhydraten 19 g.
Alternatief kunt u ook tonijn met dun ge-
sneden uienringen gebruiken of
ananasschijven, kaas en gekookte
ham.
