Groente- en kaasquiche met kneeddeeg
Totale bereidingstijd: 70 minuten
voor 8-10 porties
Kneeddeeg
200 g bloem
ca. 65 ml water
80 g boter
¹/₄ theelepel zout
Als alternatief kunt u kant-en-klare
kneeddeeg (230 g) gebruiken.
Groentevulling
500–600 g groente (bijvoorbeeld prei,
wortels, broccoli, spinazie)
50 g pikante kaas, geraspt
kleine hoeveelheid boter
Kaasvulling
70 g spekblokjes
280-300 g pikante kaas, geraspt
Bovenlaag
2 eieren, grootte M
200 ml room
zout
peper
nootmuskaat
Accessoires
ronde bakvorm 27 cm
Bereiding
Doe de boter in blokjes en verkneed
deze snel met bloem, zout en water tot
een kneeddeeg. Laat 30 minuten koel
staan.
Doe het deeg in een ronde bakvorm.
Bereiding groentequiche:
Reinig de groente en snijd deze fijn.
Stoof de groente kort in boter en laat de
massa afkoelen. Verdeel de massa over
het deeg en strooi er kaas over.
Bereiding kaasquiche:
Bak de spekblokjes en laat deze afkoe‐
len. Verdeel de massa over het deeg en
strooi er kaas over.
Start het automatische programma of
verwarm de oven voor.
Meng de eieren en de room en breng
het mengsel op smaak met zout, peper
en nootmuskaat. Giet deze massa over
de quiche en plaats deze op het rooster
in de oven. Gebruik het eerste niveau
van onderen. Bak de quiche goudbruin.
