¹/₂ blokje gist (21 g)
250 ml water, lauw
500 g bloem
30 g boter
¹/₂ theelepel zout
100 g gekookte ham, kleine blokjes
100 g pikante kaas, geraspt
Voor het bestrijken

plaat
Bereiding
Los de gist al roerend in lauw water op.
Voeg de bloem, de boter en het zout
toe en kneed het geheel totdat er een
gladde deegmassa ontstaat. Doe het
deeg in de oven en kies het automa‐
tische programma "Taart / cake \ Gist‐
deeg \ 30 minuten laten rijzen".
Kneed de gekookte ham en de helft van
de kaas door het deeg.
Maak van het deeg 8 broodjes en leg ze
op de bakplaat of de geperforeerde
gourmet-bakplaat. Kies het automa‐
tische programma "Taart / cake \ Gist‐
deeg \ 15 minuten laten rijzen".
Bestrijk de broodjes met water. Druk de
bovenkant in de resterende kaas en bak
de broodjes goudbruin.
