250 g suiker
1 afgestreken theelepel zout
250 g bloem
3 afgestreken theelepels bakpoeder
250 g boter

100 g chocodruppels
100 g gedroogd fruit, fijngehakt
100 g noten, gehakt
1 theelepel vanillearoma
1 theelepel kaneel, gemalen

Bereiding
Scheid de dooiers en het eiwit van de
eieren. Klop de dooiers, de boter, de
suiker en het water tot er een schui‐
mende massa ontstaat.
Klop het eiwit stijf. Roer de helft van het
eiwitschuim onder het mengsel van sui‐
ker en eidooier. Roer de met bakpoeder
gemengde bloem door de deegmassa
en vervolgens het resterende eiwit‐
schuim.
Voeg desgewenst extra smaak toe zo‐
als chocolade, kaneel, vanille, ge‐
droogde vruchten of noten. Doe vervol‐
gens uw deeg in de ingevette bakvorm
en laat uw gebak in uw voorverwarmde
oven goudbruin bakken.
