Appeltaart met krokante hazelnootkruimels
Totale bereidingstijd: 100–110 minuten
voor 12 stukken
Ingrediënten deeg
200 g gesmolten boter
350 g bloem
1 theelepel bakpoeder
150 g suiker
1 pakje vanillesuiker
60 g hazelnoten (krokant)
Ingrediënten beleg
800 g lichtzure appels
50 g suiker
Accessoires
springvorm 26 cm
Bereiding
Meng de bloem, het bakpoeder, de sui‐
ker en de vanillesuiker. Voeg de iets af‐
gekoelde boter toe. Kneed het geheel
totdat er een kruimelige massa ont‐
staat.
Verdeel ca. 2/3 van de kruimelige mas‐
sa over de bodem van de springvorm
en druk de kruimels aan. Druk bij de
rand ca. 2 cm deeg omhoog. Meng de
resterende kruimels met de krokante
hazelnoten.
Schil de appels. Verwijder de klokhui‐
zen en snijd de appels in blokjes. Meng
de blokjes met de suiker, de citroen‐
schil en het citroensap. Verdeel de
massa over de kruimelbodem. Bestrooi
het geheel met de krokante hazelnoot‐
kruimels en bak de taart.
