Ingrediënten
Boter
50 g gemalen noten
200 g morellen
2 eierdooiers
80 g poedersuiker
Merg van een vanillestokje
250 g kwark (plattekaas)
20 g maizena
2 eiwitten
Om te bestuiven
40 g poedersuiker
Bereiding
Vet vormpjes in met boter en bestrooi
deze met de noten.
Laat de morellen goed uitlekken en ver-
deel deze over de vormpjes.
Klop de eierdooiers schuimig met 60 g
poedersuiker. Meng het merg van het
vanillestokje, de kwark en het maizena
erdoor. Klop de eiwitten met de rest
van de poedersuiker zeer stijf en schep
dat voorzichtig door het mengsel.
Verdeel het mengsel over de 8
vormpjes (C 7-8 cm), plaats de
vormpjes op een universele bakplaat
en doe deze in de voorverwarmde
oven. Giet ca. 1 l warm water in de uni
-
versele bakplaat en laat het gerecht ga
-
ren in het waterbad.
Bestrooi het met poedersuiker voordat
u het serveert.
