Ofennudeln mit Pflaumenmus
Zubereitungszeit 110–120 Minuten

Zutaten
500 g Mehl
1 Würfel Hefe (42 g)
50 g Zucker
250 ml Milch, lauwarm
1 TL Zimt, gemahlen
1 Prise Salz
100 g Butter, weich
1Ei
120 g Pflaumenmus
Zum Bestäuben
40 g Puderzucker
Zubereitung
Mehl, zerbröckelte Hefe, Zucker, Milch,
Zimt, Salz, Butter und Ei zu einem glat-
ten Teig verkneten. Im Backofen zuge-
deckt bei 35 °C Ober-/Unterhitze 20–30
Minuten gehen lassen.
Aus dem Teig 12 Kugeln formen, diese
etwas auseinanderziehen, jeweils mit 1
EL Pflaumenmus füllen, verschließen
und mit der verschlossenen Seite nach
unten in eine gefettete Auflaufform (ca.
20 x 30 cm) setzen.
Ofennudeln nochmals zugedeckt bei
35 °C Ober-/Unterhitze 20 Minuten ge
-
hen lassen. Dann goldgelb backen.
Ofennudeln mit Puderzucker bestäuben
und nach Wunsch mit Vanillesoße ser

vieren.
