Zubereitungszeit 60–70 Minuten

Zutaten
750 g Seebrasse
3 Zwiebeln
40 g Butter
500 g Tomaten
Saft von 1/2 Zitrone
Salz
Pfeffer
100 ml Milch
10 g Paniermehl
2 EL Petersilie, gehackt
Zubereitung
Zwiebeln in feine Scheiben schneiden
und in der Hälfte der Butter andünsten.
Die Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden.
Das Fischfilet waschen, trockentupfen,
mit Zitronensaft beträufeln und mit Salz
und Pfeffer würzen.
Die Zwiebeln in eine gefettete Auflauf-
form (C 26 cm) legen. Die Tomaten da
-
rauf schichten und mit Salz und Pfeffer
würzen.
Das Filet darauflegen. Die restliche But
-
ter zerlassen und zusammen mit der
Milch über das Filet geben. Mit Panier
-
mehl bestreuen und garen. Nach dem
Garen mit gehackter Petersilie bestreu
-
en.
