Hefezopf mit Walnüssen
Zubereitungszeit 100–110 Minuten
10 Portionen
Zutaten
1 Würfel Hefe (42 g)
150 ml Milch, lauwarm
500 g Mehl
50 g Zucker
1 Päckchen Vanillinzucker
1 Prise Salz
100 g Butter, weich
1Ei
100 g Walnüsse, gehackt
Zum Bestreichen
Milch
Zubereitung
Hefe unter Rühren in lauwarmer Milch
auflösen. Mit Mehl, Zucker, Vanillinzu-
cker, Salz, Butter und Ei zu einem glat-
ten Teig verkneten. Im Backofen zuge-
deckt bei 35 °C Ober-/Unterhitze 30–40
Minuten gehen lassen.
Die gehackten Walnüsse unter den
Teig kneten. Aus dem Teig 3 ca. 40 cm
langen Rollen formen. Aus den 3 Strän
-
gen einen Zopf flechten und auf ein
Backblech/gelochtes Gourmet-Back
-
blech legen. Im Backofen zugedeckt
bei 35 °C Ober-/Unterhitze 20 Minuten
gehen lassen.
