Aprikosenstuten
Zubereitungszeit 110–120 Minuten
Zutaten
1 Würfel Hefe (42 g)
200 ml Milch, lauwarm
500 g Mehl
60 g Zucker
1 EL Vanillinzucker
1 Prise Salz
1 TL Zitronenschale, abgerieben
100 g Butter, weich
1Ei
100 g Aprikosen, getrocknet
50 g Pistazien, gehackt
Zum Bestreichen
Milch
Zubereitung
Hefe unter Rühren in lauwarmer Milch
auflösen. Mit Mehl, Zucker, Vanillinzu-
cker, Salz, abgeriebener Zitronenscha-
le, Butter und Ei zu einem glatten Teig
verkneten und im Backofen zugedeckt
bei 35 °C Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 30 Minu-
ten gehen lassen.
Aprikosen würfeln, mit den gehackten
Pistazien unter den Teig kneten, zu ei
-
nem länglichen Laib formen und in eine
gefettete Kastenform (ca. 30 cm) legen.
Im Backofen zugedeckt bei 35 °C
Ober-/Unterhitze weitere 15 Minuten
gehen lassen.
Danach den Aprikosenstuten mit Milch
bestreichen und backen.
