Zubereitungszeit 85–95 Minuten

1/2 Würfel Hefe (21 g)
100 ml Milch, lauwarm
300 g Mehl
1 TL Zucker
1 TL Salz
30 g Butter
1Ei
Zum Bestreichen
1 Eigelb verrührt mit
1 EL Milch
Zum Bestreuen
Mohn oder geriebener Käse
Zubereitung
Hefe unter Rühren in lauwarmer Milch
auflösen. Mit Mehl, Zucker, Salz, Butter
und Ei zu einem glatten Teig verkneten.
Im Backofen zugedeckt bei 35 °C
Ober-/Unterhitze 20–30 Minuten gehen
lassen.
Teig leicht durchkneten und 8 lange
Stränge (C ca. 0,5 cm) rollen. Daraus
Brezeln formen und auf ein Backblech/
gelochtes Gourmet-Backblech legen.
Im Backofen zugedeckt bei 35 °C
Ober-/Unterhitze weitere 10 Minuten
gehen lassen.
Brezeln mit Eigelb-Milchgemisch be
-
streichen und mit Mohn oder Käse be
-
streuen. Die Brezeln goldbraun backen.
