1 Päckchen Vanillinzucker
1 Prise Salz
500 g Mehl
1 1/2 Päckchen Backpulver
100 g Walnüsse, gehackt
Zum Bestreichen

Zubereitung
Quark, Eier, Zucker, Vanillinzucker und
Salz miteinander verrühren. Nach und
nach das mit Backpulver und gehack-
ten Walnüssen vermischte Mehl unter-
kneten.
Den Teig anschließend so lange mit
den Händen kneten, bis er glatt und
geschmeidig ist. Sollte der Teig klebrig
sein, noch etwas Mehl einarbeiten.
Aus dem Teig 10 gleichgroße Kugeln
formen. Mit Milch bestreichen, in Zu
-
cker tauchen und auf ein Backblech/
gelochtes Gourmet-Backblech legen. In
den vorgeheizten Backofen geben.

halten, schabt man das Mark aus der
Vanilleschote und gibt es zu dem Zu

cker.
