Snoekbaars op kruidenbed
Totale bereidingstijd: 50-60 minuten

Ingrediënten
800 g snoekbaarsfilet
sap van 1 citroen
1 bosje peterselie
1 bosje bieslook
1 bosje dille
1 bosje citroenmelisse
zout
50 g boter
Bereiding
Reinig de filets en dep ze weer droog.
Besprenkel de vis met het sap van een
citroen. Laat het geheel ca. 10 minuten
staan. Reinig de kruiden, hak ze fijn en
doe ze gemengd in een platte, ingevet-
te ovenschaal.
Strooi zout over de filets. Leg de filets
als "dakpannen" op het kruidenbed.
Sprenkel het sap van de tweede citroen
erover. Beleg de filets met vlokjes boter
en bereid het gerecht.
