Ingrediënten
750 g zeebrasem
3 uien
40 g boter
500 g tomaten
sap van een 1/2 citroen
zout
peper
100 ml melk
10 g paneermeel
2 eetlepels peterselie, gehakt
Bereiding
Snijd de uien in dunne schijfjes en fruit
deze in de helft van de boter. Snijd de
tomaten in schijfjes. Reinig de visfilet en
dep het vlees vervolgens droog. Be-
sprenkel de visfilet met citroensap.
Strooi er zout en peper op.
Doe de uien in een ingevette oven-
schaal (C 26 cm). Leg de tomaten daar
in laagjes op. Voeg zout en peper toe.
Leg de filet erop. Smelt de resterende
boter. Giet de boter met de melk over
de filet. Bestrooi het geheel met pa
-
neermeel en bereid het gerecht. Be
-
strooi het gerecht na de bereiding met
gehakte peterselie.
