1 blokje gist (42 g)
200 ml melk, lauw
500 g meel
50 g suiker
1 snufje zout
50 g boter
1ei
Ingrediënten beleg
100 g boter
100 g amandelschaafsel
120 g suiker
2 pakjes vanillinesuiker
Bereiding
Los de gist al roerend in lauwe melk op.
Voeg het meel, de suiker, het zout, de
boter en het ei toe. Kneed het geheel
totdat er een gladde deegmassa ont-
staat. Laat het deeg afgedekt in de
oven ca. 20 minuten rijzen (ovenfunctie
"Boven-Onderwarmte", temperatuur 35
°C).
Kneed het deeg nog eens kort door en
rol het uit op een universele bakplaat.
Laat het deeg afgedekt in de oven nog

Roer de boter, de vanillinesuiker en de
helft van de suiker dooreen. Druk met
uw vingers kuiltjes in het deeg. Leg met
twee theelepeltjes kleine boter/suiker-
stukjes in die kuiltjes. Strooi de reste

rende suiker en de amandelblaadjes
erover.
Laat het geheel nog eens 10 minuten
rijzen. Daarna bakt u de koek goud
-
geel.
