Gistkrakelingen
Totale bereidingstijd: 85-95 minuten

Ingrediënten
1/2 blokje gist (21 g)
100 ml melk, lauw
300 g meel
1 theelepel suiker
1 theelepel zout
30 g boter
1ei
Voor het bestrijken
1 eidooier gemengd met
1 eetlepel melk
Voor het bestrooien
maanzaad of geraspte kaas
Bereiding
Los de gist al roerend in lauwe melk op.
Voeg het meel, de suiker, het zout, de
boter en het ei toe. Kneed het geheel
totdat er een gladde deegmassa ont-
staat. Laat het deeg afgedekt in de
oven 20-30 minuten rijzen (ovenfunctie
"Boven-Onderwarmte", temperatuur
35 °C).
Kneed het deeg nog eens door. Maak
van het deeg 8 lange strengen (C ca.
0,5 cm). Vorm hiervan krakelingen en
leg deze op een bakplaat of geperfo
-
reerde gourmet-bakplaat. Laat het
deeg afgedekt in de oven nog eens 10
minuten rijzen (ovenfunctie "Boven-On
-
derwarmte", temperatuur 35 °C).
Bestrijk de krakelingen met het meng
-
sel van dooier en melk en strooi er
maanzaad of kaas op. Bak de krakelin
-
gen goudbruin.
