Kaas-sesam-broodjes
Totale bereidingstijd: 70-90 minuten
10 broodjes
Ingrediënten
1 blokje gist (42 g)
150 ml melk, lauw
500 g meel
1 volle theelepel zout
1 snufje suiker
75 g boter, vloeibaar
40 g Parmezaanse kaas, geraspt
2 eieren
6 eetlepels sesamzaadjes
Voor het bestrijken

120 g cheddar-, chester- of Goudse
kaas, geraspt
Bereiding
Los de gist al roerend in lauwe melk op.
Voeg het meel, het zout, de suiker, de
boter, de Parmezaanse kaas en de eie-
ren toe en kneed het geheel gedurende
3–4 minuten totdat er een gladde deeg

massa ontstaat. Laat het deeg afgedekt
in de oven 20-30 minuten rijzen (oven
-
functie "Boven-Onderwarmte", tempera
-
tuur 35 °C).
Vorm van het deeg 10 gelijk grote bol
-
len. Leg deze op een met bakpapier af
-
gedekte bakplaat. Laat het deeg 10-15
minuten rijzen (ovenfunctie "Boven-On
-
derwarmte", temperatuur 35 °C).
Druk de broodjes met de onderkant in
de sesamzaadjes. Bestrijk de boven
-
kant met het geklutste ei. Bestrooi de
broodjes rijkelijk met kaas of druk ze in
de kaas. Bak de broodjes goudbruin.
