Chocoladegebak
Bereidingstijd: 70minuten

70g chocolade, puur
70g boter
70g suiker
4eieren, grootteM
70g amandelen | gemalen
20g paneermeel
500ml vanillesaus
200g room
Voor het bestuiven
40g poedersuiker
Voor de vorm
1theelepel boter

8vormpjes, 6cm
Universele bakplaat
Zeef, fijn
Bereiding
Doe de chocolade in de pan en laat de
chocolade op een lage stand smelten.
Laat de chocolade iets afkoelen.
Roer de boter, de suiker en de eidooier
totdat er een crèmige massa ontstaat.
Roer de chocolade, de amandelen en
het paneermeel erdoorheen.
Start het automatische programma of
verwarm de oven voor.
Klop het eiwit stijf en roer het door de
chocolademassa.
Vet de vormpjes in. Vul deze met de
chocolademassa.
Zet de vormpjes op de universele bak-
plaat en schuif deze in de oven. Laat de
chocoladetaartjes gaar worden.
Klop de room stijf en spatel deze door
de vanillesaus. Verdeel het gelijkmatig
over de dessertbordjes.
Maak de chocoladetaartjes met een
mes los bij de rand van het vormpje.
Stort steeds één taartje op het dessert-
bordje. Bestrooi ze met poedersuiker en
serveer lauw.
