Aardappelgratin met kaas
Ingrediënten voor ongeveer 4
porties:
500 g geschilde, melige,
gekookte aardappelen
250 ml room
125 g crème fraîche
150 g geraspte gouda
1 teentje knoflook
Zout, zwarte peper, muskaat
Bereiding:
1. Snij de aardappelen in dunne
plakjes. Meng de aardappelplakjes met
ongeveer 2/3 van de geraspte kaas.
2. Doe dit in een vuurvaste schaal
(C20 cm), die u hebt ingevet en
ingewreven met het knoflookteentje.
3. Meng de room met de crème fraîche
en kruid met peper, zout en
nootmuskaat. Giet dit mengsel
gelijkmatig over de aardappelplakjes.
Strooi de rest van de kaas erover en
laat het geheel onafgedekt gaar
worden tot het goudbruin is.

Temperatuur: 160-180 °C
Inschuifniveau: 1ste van onderen af
Bereidingstijd: 50-60 minuten
"Boven-onderwarmte"
Temperatuur: 180-200 °C
Inschuifniveau: 1ste van onderen af
Bereidingstijd: 50-60 minuten
Tip
De caloriebewuste variant:
Doe 750 g aardappelplakjes in een
ingevette vuurvaste schaal. Kruid met
peper en zout, giet 250 ml
groentebouillon erover en laat het
geheel gaar worden zoals hierboven
beschreven. Bestrooi het gerecht
ongeveer 10 minuten voor het einde
van de bereidingstijd met ongeveer 3
eetlepels geraspte parmezaan.
