Ingrediënten voor ongeveer 4
porties:
10-12 lasagnevellen (niet voorkoken)
Vulling:
50 g gerookt, doorregen spek, in fijne
blokjes
3 uien (150 g)
375 g gehakt
Zout, zwarte peper
1 theelepel tijm
1 theelepel oregano
1 theelepel basilicum
1 blik (500 g) geschilde tomaten
1 blikje (30 g) tomatenpuree
125 ml bouillon
Champignonsaus:
20 g boter
150 g champignons (diepgevroren of
vers)
2 eetlepels (40 g) bloem
250 ml room
250 ml melk
Zout, muskaat
2 eetlepels fijngehakte peterselie
200 g geraspte gouda
Bereiding:
1. Braad de blokjes spek aan, doe 2/3
van de uien erbij en laat dit stoven. Doe
het gehakt erbij en schep het om tot het
bruin gebakken is. Kruid met peper,
zout en de andere kruiden. Halveer de
tomaten en doe die samen met de
tomatenpuree en de bouillon bij het
vlees. Ongeveer 5 minuten laten
stoven.
2. Om de saus te maken, stooft u de
rest van de uien in boter, tot ze
goudgeel van kleur zijn. Snij de
champignons in schijfjes en doe die
erbij. Strooi de bloem al roerend erover.
Giet de room en de melk erbij, breng
de saus op smaak met kruiden en laat
ze ongeveer 5 minuten koken. Doe de
peterselie erbij.
3. Leg de saus en de lasagnevellen als
volgt in laagjes in een ingevette
vuurvaste schaal: 1/3 van de
tomatensaus met gehakt, de helft van
de deegvellen, nog 1/3 van de
tomatensaus met gehakt, 1/2 van de
champignonsaus, de andere helft van
de deegvellen, de rest van de
tomatensaus met gehakt en ten slotte
de andere helft van de
champignonsaus.
4. Bestrooi dit met de kaas en laat het
gerecht onafgedekt in de oven gaar
worden.
