Programmdauer ca. 40 Minuten
Zutaten für 4 Personen:
1 Lammkrone (1,5 kg)
1-2 EL Öl
Salz
Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
1. Das Fleisch so an den Knochen ein
-
schneiden, so dass sie frei in die Luft
ragen. Mit Küchengarn zu einem Kreis
(Krone) zusammenbinden.
2. Salz und Pfeffer mit dem Öl verrüh-
ren und das Fleisch damit einpinseln.
3. Das Fleisch auf den Rost legen. Auf-
fangschale in die unterste Einschub-
ebene, den Rost in die 2. von unten ein-
schieben und starten.
Einstellung:
Automatik / Braten / Lammkrone
Tipp:
Lassen Sie das Fleisch vom Metzger
vorbereiten.
Rinderfilet bardiert
Programmdauer ca. 30 - 60 Minuten
Zutaten für 4 Personen:
800 g Rinderfilet Mittelstück, ca. 6 cm
hoch
200 g durchwachsener Speck
2-3 EL körniger Senf
Salz
Pfeffer
1/2 Bund glatte Petersilie
1 Bund Schnittlauch
Küchengarn
Zubereitung:
1. Fleisch von Fett und Sehnen befrei-
en, Kräuter hacken, mit Senf, Salz und
Pfeffer verrühren und auf das Fleisch
geben.
2. Speck dachziegelartig übereinander
legen, Fleisch darauf geben, mit dem
Speck einwickeln und mit Küchengarn
verschnüren.
3. Fleisch auf den Rost geben, Auffang
-
schale in die unterste Einschubebene
und Rost in die 2. von unten einschie
-
ben.
