Die Siebe der Brüheinheit sind verschmutzt.

Reinigen Sie die Siebe durch Abreiben mit dem Finger.
. . . die Brüheinheit bzw. der Satzbehälter nicht aus dem
Gerät gezogen werden können?
Die Brüheinheit befindet sich nicht in der Grundposition. Das
passiert z. B., wenn die Gerätetür während des Mahlens oder
Brühens geöffnet wurde.

Schließen Sie die Gerätetür. Die Brüheinheit fährt automa
-
tisch in die Grundposition.

^ Prüfen Sie, ob der Mahlgrad zu grob oder zu fein einge-
stellt ist.
^ Prüfen Sie, auf welchem Temperaturbereich die Kaffeesor-
ten eingestellt sind. Ist die Temperatur zu hoch, bilden sich
schwarze Bereiche in der Crema.
Der Kaffee ist nicht mehr frisch genug.
Die Kaffeemischung ist ungeeignet.
Der Kaffeeauslass ist zu hoch eingestellt.
. . . die Fehlermeldung 10 oder 17 erscheint?
Es wird kein Wasser gefördert.

Der Wassertank steht nicht richtig im Gerät. Nehmen Sie
den Wassertank heraus und schieben Sie ihn wieder in das
Gerät, so dass er richtig im Gerät steht!

Wenn beim Entkalken der Wassertank nicht korrekt gefüllt
wurde, erscheint ebenfalls die Fehlermeldung. Füllen Sie
den Wassertank bis zur Markierung!
^
Nachdem Sie den Fehler beseitigt haben, schalten Sie das
Gerät aus und nach kurzer Zeit wieder ein. Starten Sie den
gewünschten Vorgang erneut!
Sollte die Fehlermeldung immer noch im Display erscheinen,
wiederholen Sie das Ganze. Bleibt die Fehlermeldung weiter
-
hin im Display stehen, rufen Sie den Kundendienst!
