PANEL INSTALLATIONPANEL INSTALLATION
Make sure the following before installing the panel:
Downside of Indoor Unit and Ceiling must be in the same plane.
Indoor Unit must be parallel with the Ceiling Hole.
Check if there is water in the drain pipe.
Check if Refrigerant Pipe and the Drain Pipe has been connected and thermal protected.
Installation Procedure
1. Remove screws on panel

Panel Screws (M4 16) include the four screws used to install Model Paper of the Indoor Unit
and the one screw used to fix central of Indoor Unit temporarily.
Do not use Model Paper when installing the panel.
Remove Panel Screws and Model Paper.. (Chart 13)
Screw the bonnet of stop valve thoroughly.

EXPEL AIR WITH A VACUUM PUMP
Screw the joint nuts A, B, C, D, and connect the charge hose of the manifold value with the charge
port of low-pressure valve.
Connect charge hose with vacuum pump.
Open the Lo-handle of manifold value (low pressure) thoroughly.
Turn on the vacuum pump. At the beginning of pumping, loosen the nut on the joint pipe of low
pressure valve to check whether the air has come in.
When the pumping is finished, close the Lo-handle completely and turn off the vacuum pump.

When you have pumped for over 15 minutes, please confirm that the indicator or multi-meter is on

-1.0X10 Pa(-76cmHg).
Turn the valve stem of rotary valve deasil. About 6~7 seconds later, screw it.
Remove charge hose from the charge port of low-pressure side.
Open the valve stem of stop valve A and B thoroughly.
EXPEL AIR WITH REFRIGERANT TANK
Fasten the joint nuts C, D of indoor unit and A of outdoor unit.
Connect refrigerant charge hose with the charge port of low-pressure valve.
Loosen the joint nut B of outdoor unit a little.
Loosen the stop valve of the refrigerant tank and charge refrigerant for 10~15 seconds, then fasten
the stop valve.
Some refrigerant liquid flows from the joint nut. When the sound caused by flow decreases markedly,
fasten joint nut B.
Remove the charge hose from the charge port of low-pressure valve.
Discharge the remnant refrigerant from pipe with a screwdriver or similar tool pushing valve core (set
pin). When the sound of flow dies out, fasten the bonnet of stop valve.
Open the valve stems of high-pressure side and low-pressure side of outdoor unit.
Be sure the bonnet has been fastened.
