EZEPTE
Rezepte für das Programm „Ohne Hefe“
Nehmen Sie Flüssigkeit, die 21-28 °C warm ist.
Für den Kuchenteig müssen Sie zunächst außerhalb des Geräts zwei Back-
mischungen herstellen, die dann mit Ihrem Brotbackautomaten geknetet
und gebacken werden..
Pizzateig
1. Lassen Sie den Teig kneten.
2. Rollen Sie ihn aus und schneiden Sie ihn nach
Wunsch in eine runde Form.
3. Legen Sie den Teig auf ein gefettetes Backblech.
4. Decken Sie ihn ab und lassen Sie ihn aufgehen.
5. Belegen Sie den Teig nach Wunsch.
6. Backen Sie die Pizza ca. 15 Minuten bei 200 °C in
einem vorgeheizten Backofen.
Wasser 1/2 Messbecher
Zucker 2 EL
Salz 1/2 TL
Sonnenblumenöl 1 TL
Weißes Mehl 1 3/8 Becher
Trockenhefe 3/4 TL
Programm (MODUS) Nur Kneten
Unterprogramm 3 - Pizzateig
Kuchenteig
Backmischung 1 (in eigener Schüssel)Backmischung 2 (in eigener Schüssel)
Weiche Butter 1/2 Messbecher Gesiebtes Mehl 1 1/8 Messbecher
Vanille-Aroma 1/4 TL Gesiebtes Backpulver 1 1/2 TL
Geschlagene Eier 2 (mittlere Größe) Zucker 1/2 Messbecher
Zitronensaft 1 1/2 TL
Geben Sie die beiden Backmischungen in einen Teigbehälter.

Orangen-Marmelade Himbeer-/Apfel-Marmelade
Saft von 3 ungespritzten Apfelsinen Himbeeren 1 Messbecher
Geriebene Schale von 2 ungespritzten Apfelsinen Geschälte Apfelstücke 1 Messbecher
Gelierzucker 1 Messbecher Gelierzucker 2/3 Messbecher
Wasser 3/4 Messbecher Zitronensaft 2 EL
