8. Na het fonduen
Draai de temperatuurregelaar TEMP. (°C) tegen de richting van de klok in naar
de stand 0.
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
Laat het apparaat en de resterende inhoud afkoelen.
Verwijder eventueel het vet of de olie om het apparaat te reinigen:
Verwijder het vaste vet met een spatel van hout of kunststof.
− Frituurolie
Haal de resterende frituurolie door een zeef om deze te filteren en doe de
olie in flessen. Bewaar de fles of flessen op een donkere en koele plek tot-
dat u opnieuw wilt gaan frituren.
Voer bedorven vet of olie in een plastic zak af als huisvuil. Giet het nog vloeiba-
re vet in geen geval in het toilet resp. een gootsteen. Het uithardende vet kan de
afvoerbuizen verstoppen.
9. Veiligheidsvoorziening
Het apparaat is uitgerust met een beveiliging tegen oververhitting. De beveiliging
tegen oververhitting wordt bijvoorbeeld geactiveerd als het apparaat wordt ver-
warmd zonder of met te weinig inhoud of als zich in het apparaat hard geworden
vet bevindt en een te hoge temperatuur is ingesteld.
Als de beveiliging tegen oververhitting is geactiveerd, neemt u contact op met de
klantenservice.
10. Reiniging en onderhoud
Het apparaat moet na ieder gebruik worden gereinigd.
WAARSCHUWING!
Spanningvoerende onderdelen. Hierbij bestaat ge-
vaar voor een elektrische schok.
Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water of ande-
re vloeistoffen. Als het apparaat toch in vloeistof is
gevallen, raakt u het onder geen enkele voorwaarde
aan. Trek eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact!
Reinig het apparaat uitsluitend met de stekker uit het
stopcontact.
WAARSCHUWING!
Laat het apparaat vóór de reiniging volledig afkoe-
len om brandwonden te vermijden.
