12. Troubleshooting
The product left our warehouse in perfect condition. If you do, however, discover a
problem, see if you can solve it by using the solutions offered in the following table.
If these do not work, contact our Customer Services department.

The stirrer does not

Ice cream container not cold
enough.
Chill the container at –18°C
for at least 30–60 minutes be-
fore making the ice cream.
