• Un système de détection intégré de la brillation auriculaire (Ab) offrant une excellente précision éprouvée2,3 et ofciellement
recommandé par le National Institute of Clinical health and Excellence (NICE) au Royaume-Uni. 4
• Deux brassards permettant de mesurer la pression artérielle simultanée des deux bras en vue de déterminer avec précision les
différences de pression artérielle entre les deux bras.5,6 Ce mode est largement appuyé par les dernières directives ESH (2013)
spéciant que la différence de pression artérielle entre les deux bras n’est signicative que si elle est obtenue au moyen d’une mesure
simultanée de la pression artérielle des deux bras. 7
• Performance de l’indice cheville-bras (ICB) dont la précision a été validée avec des effets positifs à l’aide d’un système Doppler et
montrant en outre que l’évaluation a entraîné une réduction considérable du temps nécessaire par rapport à la sonde Doppler.8 Enn,
le calcul automatisé de la valeur ICB garantit l’uniformité et empêche les erreurs dues à un enregistrement et à des calculs incorrects. 9
