TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

On any problems accuring, that are not described in the following instructions, please contact your authorized

service center or the retailer.

The problem

The easy solution

The motor does not work when switched ON

The appliance is possibly not assembled properly.

Refer to Assembling the juicer

The motor begins to stick or stall

Immediately switch OFF the juicer and unplug from the

socket. Refer to Remove blockage.

Excessive pulp build-up in the filter basket

Immediately switch OFF the juicer and unplug from the

socket. Refer to Remove blockage.

The pulp is too wet and the amount of juice you

get is insufficient

Try to work slower. Remove the filter basket (See

disassembling the juicer and cleaning and maintainance)

and clean the filter basket from excessive residues built up

in the fine mesh and blocking it. Brush the filter basket under

running water. Caution with the sharp blades!

Juice leaks between the rim of the filter basket

and the juicer lid

Try to work slower. Push the food pusher down gently and

slowly. If necessary empty the pulp container (see

disassembling the juicer and cleaning and maintenance)

Juice sprays out of the spout

Try to work slower. Push the food pusher down gently and slowly.

Juice overflows the brim of motor base

Immediately switch OFF the juicer and unplug from the

socket. Possibly the juicer attachment and/or the spout are

blocked. Clean the juicer attachment (see Cleaning and

maintenance).

 If the mesh is still blocked: Remove the filter basket (see disassembling the juicer) and thoroughly clean the

mesh under running water using a fine brush. Brush from the inside of the filter basket out.

 Assemble the unit properly and completely (see assembling the juicer) and continue juicing.

 If the mesh is blocked again, clean the appliance completely. Refer to Cleaning and Maintainance.

The guarantee period for this appliance is 24 months. The guarantee starts from the date of purchase (cash

receipt). In case of malfunction you may send the appliance to your dealer, please add information about the

malfunction and the original purchase receipt (which is obligatory for a repair free of charge)
