Dismantling
Always switch OFF and unplug the unit before changing or removing any parts. To
dismantle press the big ejection button to release the beaters (or hooks). Remove the
beaters gently, to avoid damage.
Tips for use
Always immerse the beaters or dough hooks into the food before switching on. This can
avoid splashes. Use the beaters for processing egg white, cream, mayonnaise,
pudding, puree and light pastries.
The dough hooks are intended for dispersing dough (use low level only! High speed
levels can cause overheating!)
Never try to mix very hard objects. The unit is not designed for that!
After each use put the speed control button into OFF position and unplug.
Operation with stirring bowl
Place the hand mixer stand on a dry, stable and non-slip surface.
Position the stirring bowl in the middle of the stand.
Put the hand mixer onto the stand and fix it firmly.
Tip the swivel arm of the stand upward by pressing the swivel arm opening at the back
inwards. Now attch the beaters (or hooks) by putting them through the holes provided
till both are engaged. Make sure thet both are fixed firmly.
Lower the swivel arm and let the beaters immerse into the food before starting the
mixing process.
When starting any mixing process, start with low level first. By and by turn to higher
levels. This will guarantee gentle processing and will save the unit from overheating
and capacity overload.
As sson as the beaters (or hooks) will turn, the stirring bowl will turn also.
To switch OFF turn into level 0 and unplug.
