Caution! Always fill the mixing bowl half only to avoid splashing and
overflowing!
Caution! After each use always unplug!
General information
• You can chop food, blend baby food, soups, sauces, milk shakes,
mayonnaise etc.
• The appliance is equipped with two different attachments. The blade holder
with integrated blade and the mixing and turning attachment. To chop or mix
food use the blade holder attachment. For preparing fruit purees or milk
shakes use the blade holder together with mixing and turning attachment.
Do not use mixing and turning attachment without the blade holder.
• Do not use very hard food as frozen food, old bread or uneatable parts of
food like gristles or stones. Such misuse will damage your appliance.
• Please note the rating time: 1 minute ON, then 1 minute OFF to allow the
motor to cool down. Otherwise the motor could overheat.
• Big pieces of food must be cut into small pieces (size around 1,5 cm).
• Don’t fill the mixing bowl more than half to avoid splashes and overflow.
• If desired to blend hot food, first take the food off the heat and let it cool until
it is not hotter than around 45°C.
Mounting
• To assemble the Multi chopper fit the blade holder to the gear in the mixing
bowl. If desired to use the mixing and turning attachment attach it onto the
blade holder. Fill your food to be chopped. Do not fill the mixing bowl more
then half to avoid overflow. Close the splash protection by turning to the right
until it is engaged. Take care that the splash protection is assembled firmly.
• Now put the motor unit on top of the splash protection.
Operation
• Plug in. To switch on press down the motor unit. This will deactivate the micro
safety switch and the motor will start operation.
• Hold the appliance steady. If desired press the Turbo button for short term
fast speed. Please note the short term operation of 1 minute operation and
1 minute resting (see chapter “Short term operation” also).
Tip
• If your multi chopper gets blocked, always unplug before removing the
blocking object. If the blade is getting slowly or does not rotate any more, the
pieces of food are too big or not suited for mixing. Remove the food. Also the
mixture might be too dry. In this case add few water or milk.
• After use and before cleaning always unplug.
• Always clean the appliance shortly after use, to avoid dry sticking of food.
