GESETZLICHE BESTIMMUN-

GEN FÜR DEUTSCHLAND

☞ Hinweis:

Für SCOOTER mit einer Höchstge-

schwindigkeit bis 15 km/h ist kein

Führerschein erforderlich.

☞ Das Mindestalter zum Führen eines

SCOOTER’s beträgt 15 Jahre. Für

jüngere Personen kann eine Aus-

nahmegenehmigung bei der zu-

ständigen Verwaltungsbehörde be-

antragt werden.

☞ Öffentliche Gehwege wie z. B. Bür-

gersteige dürfen im Schritttempo

befahren werden.

☞ SCOOTER ab 6 km/h müssen auf der

Rückseite der Rückenlehne mit ei-

ner Heckmarkierungstafel nach ECE-

R69 ausgestattet sein.

SCOOTER bis 6 km/h

Der Abschluss einer Haftpflichtversiche-

rung ist nur bei einem SCOOTER über

6 km/h vorgeschrieben, jedoch gene-

rell empfehlenswert.

☞ Elektrofahrzeuge wie SCOOTER,

Rollstühle, Zusatzantriebe, Elektro-

mobile, die eine maximale Ge-

schwindigkeit von nicht mehr als 6

km/h erreichen, sind ohne Zusatz-

kosten in der privaten Haftpflicht-

versicherung mitversichert. Hierzu

muss ein formloser Antrag beim zu-

ständigen Versicherungsunterneh-

men eingereicht werden.

SCOOTER über 6 km/h

Im Gegensatz zum Modell mit einer

Höchstgeschwindigkeit bis 6 km/h

wird für das Modell mit einer Höchst-

geschwindigkeit bis 15 km/h laut Stra-

ßenverkehrszulassungsordnung

(StVZO) folgendes gefordert:

☞ Der Abschluss einer Haftpflichtver-

sicherung.

☞ Die Betriebserlaubnis des

SCOOTER’s durch die örtliche Kfz-

Zulassungsstelle.

☞ Die Betriebserlaubnis ist bei Fahr-

ten am öffentlichen Straßenverkehr

stets mitzuführen.

Das für die Zulassung erforderliche Be-

triebserlaubnisgutachten liegt dem

SCOOTER bei.
