1 Eigelb
100 ml halbentrahmte Milch
150 ml Schlagsahne
70 g Puderzucker
10 g Vanillezucker
2 EL Zitronensaft
200 g Erdbeeren
Vorgehensweise
Reinigen Sie die Erdbeeren und
mischen Sie sie mit der Milch und dem
Zitronensaft.
Schlagen Sie die Eigelb und den
Vanillezucker gründlich.
Schlagen Sie die Creme, bis sie schäumt
(nicht zu fest) und mischen Sie alles
gründlich.
Die Mischung bei sich drehendem
Rührwerk durch die Einfüllöffnung
hinzugeben. Mischen Sie weiter ca.
40 Minuten lang, bis die gewünschte
Konsistenz erreicht ist.
