Advertencias relativas a la grasa y agua corporales
Grasa corporal
Su porcentaje de grasa corporal puede variar en función del día o
incluso de la hora del día.
Porcentaje de grasa corporal en relación con el peso total:
Agua corporal
Nuestro cuerpo se compone en gran medida de agua. El correcto
porcentaje de agua es indispensable para la totalidad del proceso
metabólico, para una piel sana, para la eliminación de sustancias
nocivas (a través del sudor, orina, etc).
Una pérdida del 5% de agua puede reducir su energía corporal
entre un 20 y un 30 %. Beba un mínimo de 2 litros diarios de lí-
quido.
Porcentaje normal de agua corporal:
Los deportistas tiene por norma general un 5 % más de agua cor-
poral.
Con la edad el porcentaje de agua corporal se reduce en aproxi-
madamente un 10 %.
