D Bevor Sie sich an den Kundendienst wenden, sollten Sie folgende Punkte überprüfen. Damit können Sie
unnötigen Zeitaufwand und Kosten vermeiden.
Diagnose von Fehleranzeigen
Kondensationsprobleme beheben
D Wenn der Camcorder von einem kalten an einen warmen Ort gebracht wird, kann sich Feuchtigkeit im Camcorder, auf der
Bandoberfläche oder auf dem Objektiv niederschlagen. Unter diesen Bedingungen kann das Band an der Kopftrommel kleben
und beschädigt werden. Eventuell funktioniert der Camcorder auch nicht einwandfrei.
Um auf Kondensfeuchtigkeit hinzuweisen und Schäden zu vermeiden, ist der Camcorder deshalb mit einem
Feuchtigkeitssensor ausgestattet.
D Wenn sich im Camcorder Feuchtigkeit abgesetzt hat, erscheint auf dem Monitor die Anzeige (DEW). In diesem
Fall sind alle Funktionen außer der Kassettenausgabe gesperrt. Öffnen Sie das Kassettenfach und nehmen Sie den Akku ab.
Lassen Sie den Camcorder mindestens zwei Stunden in einem warmen trockenen Raum.
