Probleem Mogelijke oorzaak Oplossing
De wasmachine wordt
niet met water gevuld.
De watertoevoer is onderbroken.
Het wasprogramma is nog niet
gestart.
De waterdruk is te laag.
De toevoerslang is niet goed
gemonteerd of er zit een knik in
of hij is op een andere manier
geblokkeerd.
De deur zit niet goed dicht.
Open de waterkraan.
Controleer de instelling van het
wasprogramma.
Controleer de waterdruk.
Sluit de waterslang opnieuw aan.
Sluit de wasmachinedeur.
Controleer of er geen knik in
de waterslang zit en of hij niet
geblokkeerd is.
Water wordt
tegelijkertijd toegevoerd
en afgevoerd.
De waterafvoerslang is onder de
waterspiegel van de trommel
gelegd.
Controleer of het uiteinde van de
waterafvoerslang zich boven de
waterspiegel in de wasmachine
bevindt (de slang moet zich op
0,6 m - 1 m hoogte bevinden).
Het water loopt niet
goed weg.
Het pompfilter is verstopt.
De waterafvoerslang is niet
goed gemonteerd.
De waterafvoerslang is onder de
waterspiegel van de trommel
gelegd.
Controleer het pompfilter.
Controleer de waterafvoerslang.
Controleer de hoogte van de
waterafvoerslang. Deze moet zich
op 0,6 m - 1 m boven de grond
bevinden.
De wasmachine trilt. De transportbeveiligingen zijn
niet verwijderd.
De wasmachine is bij installatie
niet waterpas gezet.
De pootjes zijn niet
vastgedraaid.
Controleer of de
transportbeveiligingen zijn
verwijderd.
Zet de wasmachine waterpas.
Draai de moeren van de pootjes
aan de behuizing vast.
In de wasmiddellade
treedt schuimvorming
op.
Er is te veel wasmiddel in de
lade gedaan.
De hoeveelheid wasmiddel was
niet afgestemd op de hardheid
van het water.
Verminder de hoeveelheid
wasmiddel die u gebruikt.
Doseer het wasmiddel afhankelijk
van de mate van vervuiling en de
hardheid van het water (zie de
aanwijzingen op de verpakking
van het wasmiddel).
De wasmachine
stopt voordat het
wasprogramma
afgelopen is.
De stroomtoevoer is
onderbroken.
De watertoevoer of -afvoer is
geblokkeerd.
Controleer de stroomvoorziening
en de watertoevoer en -afvoer.
