18. Informativa sulla protezione dei dati
personali

mo responsabili del trattamento dei suoi dati personali.
In materia di protezione dei dati siamo supportati dal nostro responsabile azienda-

boriamo i suoi dati ai fini della gestione della garanzia e dei processi a essa collegati
(ad es. riparazioni) e basiamo il trattamento di tali dati sul contratto di acquisto con
noi stipulato.
Trasmetteremo i suoi dati ai fornitori di servizi di riparazione da noi incaricati ai fini
della gestione della garanzia e dei relativi processi (ad es. riparazioni). Di norma,
conserviamo i suoi dati personali per un periodo di tre anni al fine di rispettare i suoi
diritti di garanzia previsti dalla legge.
Nei nostri confronti ha il diritto di ottenere informazioni sui dati personali di cui so-
pra, di ottenerne la rettifica e la cancellazione, di limitarne il trattamento, di opporsi
al trattamento nonché il diritto alla portabilità dei dati.
I diritti di accesso e di cancellazione sono tuttavia soggetti a restrizioni ai sensi de-
gli §§34 e 35 della Legge federale tedesca sulla protezione dei dati (Bundesdaten-
schutzgesetz, BDSG) (art.23 GDPR). Sussiste inoltre il diritto di ricorso presso un’au-
torità di controllo competente per la protezione dei dati (art.77 GDPR in combinato
