9.4. Noedels met groenten (5-6 porties)
400 g Noedels
¼ l melk
ca. 1/2 l water
• Groentebouillon
• zout, peper
• 1 Courgette
• 100 bloemkoolroosjes
• 1 Tomaat
100 g ham of kaas, naar eigen voorkeur
Kruiden naar eigen voorkeur
Meng de noedels met de room, water, bloemkoolroosjes, groentebouillon (strooi-
mix), zout en peper. Deze mix 5-6 minuten garen in de gaarinzet met inlegrooster.
Courgette en tomaten toevoegen en alle goed doorroeren. Nog eens 5 minuten ga-
ren.
Nogmaals alles doorroeren, ham of kaas toevoegen. Nog eens 2-3 minuten garen.
Kruiden erover strooien en serveren.
Tip: Neem in plaats van bloemkool, courgette en tomaten andere seizoensgroenten.
9.5. Kipfi let met asperges (4 personen)
• 4 Kipfilets
300 g Rijst
250 g Verse asperges, geschild
1 Kleine beker zure room
Ca. 10 g boter
1 Eetlepel citroensap
1 Eetlepel waterkers, gehakt
1 Prei, fijn gehakt
Een beetje zout, peper en milde curry
Doe de rijst met ca. 400 ml water en een beetje zout in de rijstpan en zet de rijstpan
in de onderste gaarinzet met inlegrooster.
Tip: Roer eventueel een beetje saffraan onder de rijst om te garen. Deze geeft de
rijst een appetijtelijke goudgele kleur.
Leg de hele asperges in een extra gaarinzet met inlegrooster.
Gaar de rijst in ca. 20 minuten.
Wrijf intussen de kipfilets in met een beetje milde curry en braad de kipfilets met
boter goed door in den pan. Zet het vlees vervolgens warm weg.
