De ondergetekende, Husqvarna AB, SE-561 82 Huskvarna, Zweden, Tel: +46--36--146000,
als bevoegde vertegenwoordiger in de Unie, verklaren dat de model kettingzaag McCulloch
Mac 842 SAS---AV en vanaf serienummers 2009--031(N of D)00001 en verdergend voldoet
(het jaar met daaropvolgend het serienummer wordt duidelijk aangegeven op het
productplaatje), in overeenstemming zijn met de voorschriften in de RICHTLIJN VAN DE
RAAD:
van 22 Juni 1998 “betreffende machines” 98/37/EC, bijlage IIA;
van 15 December 2004 “betref fende elektromagnetische compatibiliteit” 2004/108/EC,en
thans geldende aanvullingen.
van 8 Mei 2000 “betreffende geluidsemissie door materieel voor gebruik buitenshuis”
volgens bijlage V van 2000/14/EC. De gemeten geluidssterkte is 108,7 dB(A) en de
gegarandeerde geluidssterkte is 113 dB(A). De nettocapaciteit is 1,6 kW.
De volgende normen zijn van toepassing: ISO 11681--1:2004, EN/ISO 12100--1:2003,
EN/ISO 12100--2:2003, en CISPR 12:2001.
Aangemelde instantie, 0404 het Swedish Machinery Testing Institute (Svensk
Maskinprovning AB), Fyrisborgsgatan 3 S--754 50 Uppsala, Sweden, heeft de
goedkeuring uitgevoerd voor gebruik in de EC. De certificaten hebben de nummers:
404/06/1138.
De geleverde kettingzaag komt overeen met het monster dat is goedgekeurd voor gebruik
in de EC.
