La garantía quedará anulada en los
siguientes casos:
o 3IELPRODUCTOSEUSADEFORMADIFERENTEALA
estipulada en el manual de instrucciones.
o 3IELPRODUCTOSEENTREGAPARASUREPARACIÊNA
través de un establecimiento vendedor no
reconocido.
o 3IELPRODUCTONOSEPRESENTAJUNTOCONEL
justificante de compra (a través del
distribuidor y/o importador) al fabricante.
o 3ILASREPARACIONESHANSIDOLLEVADASACABO
por terceros o distribuidor no reconocido.
o 3ILOSDAďOSSEHANPRODUCIDOPORUNUSOO
mantenimiento indebidos o descuidados, por
dejadez o por choques que hayan dañado la
tela y/o el bastidor;
o 3IAPARECEDESGASTEDEELEMENTOSPREVISIBLE
en un uso normal (ruedas, piezas giratorias y
móviles… etc.).
Entrada en vigor:
El periodo de garantía comienza a partir de la
fecha de compra del producto.
Período de vigencia:
Se aplicará un período de 24 meses consecutivos.
La garantía sólo será válida para el primer
propietario, y no es transferible.
¿Qué debes hacer?
Guarda en lugar seguro el resguardo de compra
del producto. La fecha de compra deberá estar
visible en el resguardo de compra. Si tienes
problemas o constatas defectos, debes dirigirte al
establecimiento vendedor del producto. No se
podrá exigir un cambio o una devolución. Las
reparaciones no dan derecho a prórroga del plazo
de garantía. Los productos que se devuelvan
directamente al fabricante quedarán excluidos de
la cobertura de la garantía.
Esta cláusula de la garantía se incluye en virtud de
la Directiva Europea 99/44/CE del 25 de mayor de
1999.
